The General Manager of L’ESPERANCE Rwanda, Theomistocles Turihokubwayo, was seriously injured as a passenger on a public bus when it left the roadway on a curve and overturned. He is now in the hospital awaiting critical surgery. We ask for prayer support!
Pictured left is him riding the bicycle that our school, a high school majoring in agriculture, won as first prize at the Western Province Agricultural Show Awards Ceremony in June 2018.
In addition to numerous fruits and vegetables, our school also grows chili for export and mulberries for our own silkworm breeding. Agriculture not only serves as a practical field for the students, but also brings in income that helps finance the school.
